The British composer Albert Ketèlbey was also a conductor and a pianist. In his early works he used the pseudonyms Raoul Clifford and Anton Vodorinski. His real name is often spelt wrongly as “Ketelby”.

introduction
Kettlbey's, "In Persian Market", was my introduction to classical music at age 10 in my grade 5 music class. It was a pivotal point in my life and over the last 45 years I have continued to enjoy the classics through all heckling from those around me. It is a my way of refreshing the soul. There truely is something almost spiritual in the music. Those who are annoyed......much to my delight....I crank it.

I AM LEARNING TO PLAY IN A MONASTERY GARDEN ..I AM 81 AND HAVE LOVED IT SINCE MY KIDS LEARNT TO PLAY IN THEIR MUSIC LESSONS IN THE 60S . IT WAS MY MUM'S FAVOURITE...
