The Swiss composer Fortunat Frölich studied at the conservatories of Zurich (Switzerland), Napels (Italy) and the Academy of Music in Leipzig (Germany).
Frölich cooperates as composer as well as a conductor with: the Zurich Chamber Orchestra, the Symphony Orchestra of Basel, Hamburger Symphoniker, Bohuslav Martinu Philharmonie Zlin, Opera Biel/Solothurn, Karlovivary Symphony Orchestra, basel sinfonietta, Sinfonietta Lausanne, Grisons Chamber Orchestra, The North of England Chamber Orchestra, Ensemble Resonanz Hamburg, Ensemble Phoenix, Casal Quartett, Basler Madrigalisten, Chorale du Conservatoire National du Maroc and many others.
