There seems to have been some confusion as how to add the genre of a composition. I have changed the layout of the page where you can add a composition, so that this is now - hopefully - clearer.
You can add concerts when you choose "Concerts" from the menu on the top, and then "Add concerts". You have to be logged in to be able to add concerts!
Hope this works now. Let me know if you need more help.
I would like to add compositions and concerts to Wim Henderickx's page. I already tried to add new symphonic music, but don't see where I can add 'the Genre' of the work?
Thanks and all the best,
Bea
I contributed this page way back in 2002, but apparently I don't have permission to edit it. There's a bug on it. He's from Los Angeles. It says he's from Phoenix, but that's just where he grew up as a small kid. He's been in LA since he was 18.
Joplin and his first wife, Belle Jones Joplin, divorced in 1903 after the death of their infant child. In 1904, he married Freddie Alexander to whom he dedicated his composition The Chrysanthemum after meeting her and it was she who died shortly after the marriage (approximately 10 weeks) and not his first wife. The first piece he published after her death was Bethena's waltz and it is believed he dedicated this to her posthumously. His third and last wife wife was Lotte Stokes, with whom he became acquainted on a visit to Washington DC in 1907.
The present Merchant's Hall (1874), in West George Street, was not built in 1848 when Chopin played in Glasgow. More likely he played in the previous Merchant's Hall, part of the County Buildings and Court House, in Hutcheson Street.
Substantially re-built in 2006, now the home of the BBC Scottish Symphony Orchestra but regularly used by the Scottish Chamber Orchestra and other organisations. The Old Fruit Market next door has been connected to the City Halls and is also now a music venue. Until the larger St Andrew's Hall (destroyed by fire, 1962) was opened in 1877, the City Hall was Glasgow's main concert venue, hosting such artists as Hans von Bulow, Anton Rubinstein, and Charles Halle with his orchestra from Manchester. It became disused as a concert hall after the 1930s and was used for storage until it was brought back into service for concerts by the Scottish National Orchestra following the destruction by fire of the St Andrew's Hall.
SO sorry dearies but that "painting of Caterina Assandra is actually of Hildegard von Bingen, an illumination of herself receiving divine inspiration, from either Scivias or Physica. Don't quite remember, but easy to check.
Seems I'll be the first. So, voilà : my father was a musician; S.R was always his favorite.
He met him after a concert in Montréal in 1938, I believe. That was the crowning moment
of my father's life. I've noticed that S.R. died on 28-March-1943; I was born on that exact
same date. (NOT a claim for reincarnation) Found out more recently that S.R. has been
"teasing" me with some interestin proximities : I've always been an avid sailboater, and
two of my favorite anchoring spots have been Sandy Hook NJ, not far from Locus Point
NJ, where S.R. rented a cottage, AND Northport NY, close to Little Neck Road, where he
also rented a cottage close t the water. (I've read that in both cases, boats would anchor
as close as possible to listen. Last but not least of the proximities : for many years I used
to travel between Montréal and New York, and one of my favorite roads was the scenic
Taconic Stare Parkway. Little did I know that the Taconic goes right by Lakeview Drive
in Mount-Pleasant, where S.R. is buried. And this last proximity went on for years. Soooo,
how do I feel about all this? Probably called to deepen the subject. This may happen in
the guise of : I'll be traveling to Bavaria in October (family), and the distance from Weggis
to Munich is only a four-hour drive. i just might go to check "Villa Senar" for myself.

I like love songs, especially the meaunigfnl lyrics of songs. Lyrics not only represent love, but also include other aspects. My favorite song is Nothing gonna change my love for you . The song is sing by a black jazz singer called Glenn Medeiros . His voice is soft and can touch everyone hearts. He was singing this song when he was 16 years old, at the age 16 can be able to sing songs with a gentle voice is not easy. The lyrics is just like the name suggests is about anything can change my love for you , is like the attitude to life, Once when you set goals, nothing can determined decision you want to do first . I want to say:I really like this song!
15dHi there! I know this is kind of off topic but I was wondering which blog parlfotm are you using for this website? I'm getting sick and tired of WordPress because I've had problems with hackers and I'm looking at alternatives for another parlfotm. I would be great if you could point me in the direction of a good parlfotm.21

Perhaps freshness, grace, charm, and attractiveness of spirit can encompass lightness of style. I love her music.
The date 1884-1885 indicates the time Henri Duparc was mayor of Marnes-la-Coquette. The villa belonged to his parents.
