Award winning composer and flautist Rebecca Lloyd has attracted worldwide attention for her original compositions for feature films and documentaries. In a major coup in 2002, Rebecca Lloyd secured a commission from China’s largest TV Network that saw her create and arrange music for the "World History Series" a major project screened to an audience of 1 billion people.
Rebecca Lloyd has studied flute, musical arrangement and composition, with some respected names and is now focused on film. Her performances have inspired a resurgence of the flute as the lead instrument in both classical and popular ensembles. Collaboration with ensembles ranging from classical quartets to the world fusion genre plus professional soloists has been at the forefront of her career. Collaboration is at the very heart of film. Rebecca Lloyd has accomplished that writing for all media incorporating original and distinctive style that complements and enhances the visual experience.
Rebecca has been resident composer for New York post-production powerhouse “World Wide Audio Inc”. She is now freelancing as a film and TV composer and working for Satine Music Productions. She is managed by ROAR.
