Sound track prize goes to Marco Valerio Antonini

The young Italian composer Marco Valerio Antonini has won the 2016 International Soundtrack Composition Prize of the Gil Familiy Estates (Spain). No less than 115 scores were submitted for the competition, of which twelve were shortlisted. Antonini's work, entitled Land – A story of belonging was unanimously elected by the jury as the winning score.

All composers, who had to be between 18 and 36 years old, had to create music for a short film about the vine grape harvest on the Gil Family Estate. Marco Valerio Antonini will receive €50000 for his winning score.
