The sheet music is published here with permission of the composer.
Atie Bernet’s musical activities started when she was about 7 years old, playing the accordeon in her grandmother’s house. No lessons were taken. When she was about 10, Dutch music school started, and it became piano because her father played it. When 14 Bernet started playing the organ, Gregorian mass nr. 8, and she accompanied the Youth choir, which used a modern electronical organ. So she learned playing the pedals a bit. On the Secondary school and later on the guitar and recorder came in the picture, all on easy level.
Later on followed music study, but no composition study alas... and she worked as piano teacher most years of her life till now.
In the year 2000 Atie Bernet married.
The composing, serious, with notation and pieces being played in concerts, started 2002. In 2011 Bernet emigrated to Sweden.
